Role of a Junior Account Manager:

Hop on board and join forces with our dynamic executive team and studio maestros. Together, you'll cook up killer campaigns and strategies that make potential clients go, “We need this!” And guess what? We’ve got all the cool tools to back you up. We’re always up for fresh, innovative ideas to take our game even higher, so we welcome any ideas you bring to the table!

Your day-to-day will be all about:
  • Discovering new business gold mines and getting the word out about our awesome studios;
  • Chatting with potential clients across different platforms (Who doesn’t love a good chat?);
  • Building and rocking solid trust bridges with our clients;
  • Helping craft the perfect solutions that clients didn’t even know they needed;
  • Teaming up with our marketing rockstars to showcase our portfolio;
  • Keeping tabs on our customer interactions like a pro;
  • Aiding in some detective work (aka market research) to find top-quality leads; and
  • Syncing beats with our leadership to keep our sales strategies fresh and on-point.

  • Jamming with the commercial crew to sharpen our B2B sales moves;

  • May have dipped their toes into sales (bonus if it's in the software or web design pool!);
  • Can chat smoothly in both English and Dutch;
  • Is ever-ready to learn, engage, and throw some amazing questions around;
  • Oozes enthusiasm, rocks a "can do" spirit, and is all about growth;
  • Knows their way around tech tools or is super keen to learn;
  • Gels well in a team, takes charge, and always has their thinking cap on;
