The Builder Studios is a collective of specialised studios catering to software products and tech companies. Eli5, our software studio, focuses on problem-solving software products. Noco is a design-first web studio serving the SaaS and internet business sector, while Paradigm offers multiple product design services. Together, we work on challenging projects that provide real value to our diverse clientele, including Fortune 500 companies and promising startups.

As a freelance visual designer, you will work within the marketing department where you'll create stunning designs for every studio within The Builder Studios. This role offers versatility and the opportunity to hone your skillset across various projects, making every day unique and exciting.

What We Expect:

• You create high-quality visual designs;
• Develop motion graphics, GIFs, and Lottie animations;
• Ensure design consistency and alignment with brands and goals;
• Produce visually appealing pitch decks;
• You know how to design for different platforms and are up to date on different trends.
• Organise all work, from assets to final product;
• Stay updated on design trends and tools;
• Contribute to visual design standards and guidelines;
• Use design software such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects; and
• Communicate effectively with the team.

The Perfect Candidate:

• 3+ years of visual design experience, with a focus on digital design;
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual design skills;
• Proficient in Figma, Illustrator and After Effects;
• Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and user experience;
• Experience with photography and videography;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Adaptable and able to work on diverse projects;
• Detail-oriented and highly organised;
• Up-to-date with the latest design trends; and
• Continuously seeking growth and improvement.
